An Israel Police spokesman said Thursday afternoon that two 12-year-old Arab boys carrying concealed knives and a cleaver were arrested by border policemen in the old city of Jerusalem. The weapons were hidden in their clothes. One of the boy's bags contained a farewell note to his parents.
