Fighters from the military wing of Hamas in Gaza fired a mortar round at an IDF force engaged in operational activity within Israeli territory on Wednesday morning. None of the troops were injured. The incident marked the second time in the last day that a mortar shell was fired at IDF troops from southern Gaza.
