German media report that a Syrian refugee of 21 killed a woman with a machete and injured two others Sunday in the southwestern city of Reutlingen before being arrested by police. Reutlingen police could not immediately be reached to provide further details or the reason for the attack. Germany is still reeling from the killing Friday of nine people in Munich by an 18-year old of Iranian descent and the ISIS-claimed axe murder that wounded five people on a Munich train five days earlier.
