The IDF's appeals court ruled on Thursday that Elor Azaria, who was sentenced in February to 18 months in prison for shooting dead a wounded terrorist in Hebron, will not start serving his sentence until the court reaches its verdict on his appeal. Azaria remains in custody at a military base.
