On 11/26/2012, Tepco published the report of “Unit 3 PCV Gas Control System Duct Inspection at Fukushima plant”.

In the report, it is stated that the atmospheric dose on the first floor is 1Sv/h. (Max)

On 7/11/2012, Tepco sent a survey robot to the basement floor of reactor3 building. The robot stopped moving due to the high level of radiation, but it was only 360mSv/h. [Link]
