Fukushima exports apple to Thailand to fight harmful rumor

Though 42 countries/regions ban importing Fukushima agricultural products at the moment of 11/20/2012, Fukushima prefecture is going to export 360kg of the apples to Thailand in order to fight harmful rumor.

They are going be sold at major supermarkets in Bangkok from 12/14 to 12/16/2012.

Fukushima prefecture exported peach to Thailand this September. The buyers of Thailand is supposed to have commented they want to sell more Fukushima fruits.

Bien que 42 pays/régions interdisent l’importation des produits agricoles de Fukushima en ce moment (au 20 novembre 2012), la préfecture de Fukushima va exporter 360 kg de pommes sur la Thaïlande dans le but de “combattre les rumeurs malveillantes”.

Elles seront distribuées à la vente dans les grands supermarchés de Bangkok entre le 14 et le 16 décembre 2012.

La préfecture de Fukushima a déjà exporté des pêches en Thaïlande en septembre dernier. Les acheteurs thaïs auraient soit-disant déclaré vouloir vendre plus de fruits de Fukushima.
