On 6/10/2013, Fukushima Diary reported “Tepco completed transferring contaminated water but still all β nuclide detected outside of the reservoirs [URL]”
The radiation level (all β) of one of the reservoirs has been increasing since 6/9/2013, when they declared they finished transferring contaminated water.
The sample is leakage detector hole water of reservoir No.1 (North East side). This reservoir should be nearly empty since 5/6/2013.
Currently the water level is only 1.0%,retained water volume is 100m3.
On 6/9/2013, the radiation level was 360,000,000Bq/m3. It increased to be 390,000,000 Bq/m3 on 6/10/2013. It became 450,000,000 Bq/m3 on 6/11/2013.
