1 trillion (10^3) Bq of radioactive material is assumed to be released due to the debris removal from Reactor 3 operation floor last summer. The government of Japan requires Tepco not to repeat it to remove the cover of Reactor 1. Tepco is reinforcing the monitoring system around Reactor 1, but there is no fundamental measures to control the dust to be released.
