M5.3 hit Tokyo Bay / Maximum seismic intensity 5- in Tokyo

At 5:49 of 9/12/2015 (JST), M5.3 occurred in Tokyo Bay, according to JMA (Japan Meteorological Agency).

It affected the large area from Tokai region to North East Japan.

The maximum seismic intensity was 5- detected in Tokyo. However JMA states it is difficult to assume this quake could cause earthquake that directly hits Tokyo area.
