MSM Mines Stories from BIN…We Should Get Credit!

Is it possible to republish a story? MSN.com this morning, March 28, 2016 published a story “Saudi land purchases fuel debate over U.S. water rights” by AP writers Elliot Spagat and Aya Batrawy.
I published this exact information on Jan. 18, 2016 under the title “Awash in oil, water shortage, Saudia Arabia Buys U.S. Farmland.”
The public really needs to understand this information and it is flattering that a BIN story is basically republished. Why doesn’t the MSM be required to give credit to BIN and their writers?
We are held to the standards of quoting sources, so why aren’t they?
