(Before It's News)

In a lawsuit over Subway sandwiches that fell short, the Center for Class Action Fairness (CCAF) on Tuesday challenged a class action lawsuit alleging that sandwiches sold by the Subway restaurant franchise didn’t measure up to respective 6” and 12” marketing claims. CCAF is challenging a proposed settlement that awards attorneys $525,000 but leaves all but nine members of the class with nothing.
