In response to news that the U.S. State Department on Friday “issued a cross-border permit for TransCanada Corp.'s Keystone XL pipeline,” the Competitive Enterprise Institute’s Marlo Lewis said, “Moving forward with the Keystone pipeline is a triumph of sanity over obstruction.”
