(Before It's News)

On Thursday March 23, Fayetteville State University's YAL group held a free speech event. We gave students the opportunity to share anything that came to mind on giant free speech balls. We used this time to shed light on the school's unconstitutional free speech zones with many students who agreed and signed a petition for the school to reform these codes. Our goal was to create a platform for students to have a voice and to feel heard, and I think we were successful in that endeavor.
