(Before It's News)

The Kutztown University chapter of Young Americans for Liberty held an event on Thursday March 23rd as our third free speech trigger event. The event we did this time around was Incarceration Nation. This was our third event for our non-enforcement case; after this event, we will only need one more to start moving forward with the case. This is the second time our chapter has done Incarceration Nation. It was the very first event our chapter did when it was starting out. To make this event happen we used the jail cell door that we used in the first event and then approached students and asked if they thought that they were a criminal. Many were confused until we further explained to them what we were talking about. A lot of students were frustrated by the idea of mandatory minimum sentencing when people were not harming others.
