Spring Recruitment Drive at Hofstra University
Last Friday, the Hofstra University YAL Chapter embarked on a Spring Recruitment Drive organized by New York State Chair Pooja Bachani and assisted by Sam Mariscal who came all the way from the Leadership Institute in Virginia and Cedric Oliver Sanz from LIU Post's YAL Chapter. Our effort of spreading liberty was a great success and we were able to receive fifteen signatures from students interested in spreading liberty on campus. Many Constitutions were handed out as well! It was a pleasant surprise to me how much college students from all walks of life are united by the ideals of free speech, limited government and liberty in general. The Hofstra Chapter looks forward to many more events in the future that will also allow us to grow the moment and advance the ideas of individual freedom that we all cherish.
