Law 360 discusses CEI's Center for Class Action Fairness' case objecting to a $2 million Colgate settlement: 

Colgate-Palmolive Co. defended a proposed $2 million deal that would end multidistrict litigation over allegedly misleading germ-killing soap claims and provide the proposed class injunctive relief, telling a New Hampshire federal judge on Monday the group would have difficulty providing a working damages model or overcoming issues of ascertainability otherwise.

In the process, the health products maker also slammed an objection to the settlement filed in mid-August by Anna St. John, an attorney for the Center for Class Action Fairness…
