At Regent University, students learned about liberty and the danger that the National Debt poses to individual liberty.
As students passed by to get coffee, they gazed upon the uniqueness of the table before them. In front of them, was a grotesquely large number. The vastness of the number drew interest as people came to talk. They came to learn about that number and they left with intimate knowledge of the danger of the debt and how it relates to them.
We had a great opportunity talk to many new faces. We had a couple of students that were actually for the drug war and left against. Many people did not know the problems the debt faced and a lot of people were interested in joining the Regent YAL chapter after that.
