The 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Old Dominion Freight Line (NASDAQ:ODFL) was held on May 21, 2015.
The following matters, which are described in more detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 16, 2015, were voted upon and approved by the Company’s shareholders at the Annual Meeting.

Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (Old Dominion), is a less-than-truckload (LTL) motor carrier providing regional, inter-regional and national LTL service and logistics services.
In addition to its LTL services, it offers a range of services including international freight forwarding, ground and air expedited transportation, container delivery, truckload brokerage, supply chain consulting, warehousing and consumer household pickup and delivery. Its infrastructure allows it to provide next-day and second-day service within each of its six regions covering the continental United States, as well as inter-regional and national service between these regions.
The Company operated through 221 service center locations, of which it owned 158 and leased 63. The service centers are responsible for the pickup and delivery of freight within their service area. Linehaul dispatchers control the movement of freight between service centers through integrated freight movement systems.
