Gu Kailai, the wife of ousted Communist Party official Bo Xilai, confessed to murdering Briton Neil Heywood at her highly anticipated court trial last week. The so-called public trial was closed to all but a select number of observers. And after it was over and the official report was released, there were many unanswered questions–things that still don't seem to add up. What we saw was exactly what the Communist Party wanted us to see. The question now is, what did they want to keep hidden?
