Boston Bombings Reporting Fraud

A recording of an ABC newscast of the Boston Bombings shows blatant digital manipulation in apparent act of reporting fraud.

The video below shows an analysis of screen shots taken from the video of the newscast and highlights the area that is digitally manipulated.

A man in the video is seen walking by what looks like a bloody body part on the ground and once he walks by the body part disappears with the video showing another unidentified object superimposed over the location the body part was located just a few frames earlier in the video.

Watch for yourself and come to your own conclusion.

  • bad reporting. a fuller or wider view of this piece of footage is on youtube. the blood is actually a flag or piece of clothing, and you can see someone dragging it back. be careful what you see, and report. I too almost fell for it.
