The black outs have started where I live.

We are aware of a power outage impacting Ephrata, Soap Lake and parts of Quincy. Crews are on their way now. At this point, there is not an estimated time to restoration. We’ll let you know as we learn more.
If anyone else on BIN has had similar issues let us know. Thank you
