By Adam J. Pearson
Our spiritual questions arise
Fom the answers we already have.
When we throw out all the answers,
The questions go with them.
What remains
Is silence–
The ultimate answer,
To the ultimate question:
Who am I?
Stay with the silence–
Add no answers
And you’ll add no questions.
What’s asking is the answer;
That emptiness
Is presence–
Abide there,
Before the arising
Of a single question or answer
And the peace you are
Is all you’ll Be.
