ISA Press Release: Members of Samaria Arson Cell Arrested

The following has been cleared for publication:
In the framework of a combined ISA, IDF and Israel Police operation, three
residents of Iskaka village in Samaria were arrested on 26 November 2016,
after they were suspected of carrying out arson attacks near their village
and near the southern approach to the city of Ariel.
The three men are:
Hamdan Tzakar Hamdan Lami, 19;
Jouad Muhammad Fayiz Daher, 19 and
Vizid Ahmed Hamdan Lami, 24.
During their IDF investigation it was learned that the three had committed
arson for nationalistic motives.
Their files have been transferred to the IDF Military Prosecutor pending
trial.
