MOD: Smuggling Attempt Foiled at Jaba’a Crossing

Last night, Ministry of Defense Crossing Authority officials at the Jaba’a
Crossing, located between Beit Shemesh and Gush Etzion, stopped for
inspection a vehicle holding three Israeli residents of Lakiya.
While searching the trunk, officials discovered knives and bullets. The
vehicle continued to undergo a comprehensive inspection at which time three
pistols, type Glock and FN, were found.
The weapons were confiscated and the three have been detained for
questioning by the Beit Shemesh police.
