When the news came out of Russia that only 23 of the 59 missiles fired hit their target, red flags went up for me. As a Desert Storm vet, I can tell you, Tomahawk Cruise missiles DO NOT MISS. They are extremely hard to take out with missile defense too because they hug the ground (PACE) and are VERY fast.
Plus, the damage of the airport is very light, and drone video from the Russians and the on the ground video of the aftermath concurs, that not all of the cruise missiles targeted the airport. So where did the rest go. I believe they went to embedded ISIS locations in a mass strike. We are starting to get reports of at least one, rumors of more, strike on ISIS at the same time as the missile strike.
^^Huh?? That was the first thing we took out in Iraq during Desert Storm…unless, you want to make it look like you hit the base hard, but leave it operational so the Syrians can keep attacking ISIS just like they were before…hmmm
It didn’t seem to slow down Assads attacks on Idlib, an ISIS stronghold.
This would concur with the previous suggestion that Trump should make a massive missile strike on known ISIS strongholds all at once, and I believe this was the real purpose of the #SyriaStrikes
Let’s not forget, Tillerson’s meeting in Moscow is still on, so even if Trump was duped, they will probably show evidence otherwise. But I maintain my theory that Trump pulled a Fast One on the Neocons.
Meanwhile, while the news is fauning over the Syria Strikes…
