Bentley has announced they have replaced their head of design, Dirk van Braeckel (hm, sounds Swahili?), with Luc Donckerwolke from the VW group. He got his start at Audi (1992) and then designed for Skoda, SEAT and finally Lamborghini, where he helped with the Murcielago and Gallardo. Our question is, What will happen to the still-evolving EXP 9F concept; a car with a name as confusing, silly, and complicated as the design itself. I don’t know if it’s too late to re-design it before production, but I would bet a “refresh” would happen quickly and be dramatically different.
Hopefully Luc is a good fit, and keeps Bentley’s looking like the regal explosions of quiet speed that they are.
