(Before It's News)

screen-shot-2016-11-13-at-9-40-02-pmWhen we were building up the Motorz 2014 Jeep Wrangler JK project vehicle for SEMA 2016, we wanted to make both the appearance and performance as extreme as possible. Right out of the box, the Jeep Wrangler has some serious off-roading credentials. To dial up those capabilities even further, we turned to the pros at Skyjacker Suspensions and their Curt LeDuc Series Coilovers for 2007-2016 Jeep Wrangler JKs.

Designed in partnership with legendary off-road racer Curt LeDuc, this Fox shock absorber based suspension system offers substantial flexibility for both on and off-road usage. You can choose from a 4-6″ lift via the Fox 2.0 LeDuc Series coilovers, which have been precision tuned to handle both daily driving and hardcore off-roading with ease. Worried about durability when the going gets tough? Not a problem here. The mounting components alone are made of 6061-T6 billet aluminum (in other words, can handle in excess of 35,000 PSI).

One of our favorite elements of this kit is how it’s designed to shrug off even hard hits. Beyond looking incredibly cool, the hydraulic bump stops absorb additional energy over the OEM components, preventing the teeth-removing smack should you bottom out.

Ready to add Skyjacker suspension to your Jeep Wrangler JK? This kit includes everything you’ll need, from the shocks and coils to mounting hardware, brackets and sway bar extensions. To learn more, watch Chris’s overview below and head over to Skyjacker.com.
