Democratic FCC Commissioners Ask Wheeler To Slow Down Net Neutrality Proposal. Federal Communications Commission chair Tom Wheeler has been rushing his net neutrality proposal into the May 15 meeting. Democratic commissioners Jessica Rosenworcel and Mignon Clyburn pushed back; they represent critical votes that Wheeler needs.
