8,14,16,20 in numerals, and ‘jam’ & ‘mm’, in letters.

substituting numbers for letters (based on position in alphabet) we get j=10, a=1, m=13 totlal 24;

and m=13 +m=13, total 26

so in ascending oreder we get :

8,14,16,20,24,26.

The differnce between these numbers is 6 (14-8), 2 (16-14), 4 (20-16), 4 (24-20), 2 (26-24)

6, 2, 4, 4, 2 = 6, 6 (2+4) , 6 (4+2) = 666
