(Before It's News)

In Response to ‘Unprecedented’ Public Outcry, Obama Goes Big on Net Neutrality. Responding to the call of millions of Americans and years of grassroots campaigning, President Obama on Monday issued a statement calling for the safeguarding of “one of the most significant democratizing influences the world has ever known.” Obama’s new policy framework calls for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to reclassify the Internet as a utility under Title II of the Telecommunications Act, which would make it subject to public control and regulation, like water and electricity, thus preventing corporate Internet Service Providers, or ISPs, from using their monopoly control to dominate the web.

Time to Say Goodbye to Judicial Overreach. It’s time to reel in our runaway Supreme Court, and that starts by making it accountable to “We the People.” Congress should use their Article 3, Section 2 power to regulate the Supreme Court, and to make sure it stays within its boundaries.

  • Whatever Obozo says, he always does the opposite. He has proven without a doubt that you cannot trust a single thing that he says.
