| The Judge’s clerk has called Orly confirming that he will allow witness testimony next Wed. in Topeka at 1:30pm local time.
Orly was confident that today if the Indiana judge had witnesses there she would have ruled to grant the injunction. That case is continuing.
This is most likely our last opportunity to do something before the election. This could be a game changer for our country. Please, please come!!
The judge is allowing Orly to schedule the time she needs with each witness.
Orly needs to let the judge know by 12:30 local time Friday.
