Defenestration, the lie that Dr. Taitz is referring to in the video is about the Dem Party’s pro bono attorney, Mr. Tepper.  He stated that he never asked the court to take judicial notice of Obama’s bc as proof that Obama was born in HI and was a NBC.   they attached the bc to one of their pleadings.

Dr, Taitz filed a motion to sanction the defendants for trying to defraud the court with documents they knew were fraudulent because she had sent to them all the evidence, expert witness affidavits and video of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s press conference.

She then read it right out of his pleading in the courtroom.  They tried to lie right in the courtroom.  Checkmate.
