On August 29 Director of Elections Commission advised Plaintiff Carl Swihart that the challenge is supposed to be filed 30 days before the election. Now the same person, Brad King, claims that it is not timely. This is going straight to judge Reid, this is a clear violation of voting rights and freedom of political speech rights

I talked to Brad King over at IEC and he said those rules apply only to candidates running in the state of Indiana( ie Governor, etc); He said there is no time frame for presidential challenges, however, if 30 days before the general election and challenge is pending by the IEC, then they can toss it out so the ballots can be drawn up.
