Exit polls showed the opponent winning, yet CHAVEZ proclaims victory with 54% of the vote. Not Odd as Chavez controls the ELECTION COMMISSION….if it can happen in Caracas (South) it can happen in the new “Caracas North,” once called Washington, DC.

Exit polls show Henrique Capriles winning with 51.3%, however I recall exit polls showing Chavez losing referendum with 40/60 and they flipped the vote. With gretly rigged elections anything is possible. All you need to do, is look at CA 2 View Post
