Why did I send my latest application for stay to Chief Justice Roberts?

The way the court works, applications for stay are sent to one judge. Justices of the Supreme court of the US oversee specific areas. 11 circuits are divided between 9 Justices. If application for stay  comes from the DC circuit, I have to send it to Roberts. If he denies, which is likely due to his latest unthinkable decision in ObamaTax, I can resubmit to another justice, who is more willing to follow the law and not reinvent it in order to serve the globalist agenda of destruction of  nations and national economies in order to achieve a new world order and a new global dominance. At this point I have no choice, I have to go to Roberts.  Additionally, sadly Justices do not read 99% of what is submitted. Most of the triage, sorting of the material, is done by young attorneys/ law clerks, who work for a handful of well connected DC firms, who do whatever they want.  Today going to high courts on many levels is like going to the city hall, and not just any city hall, the city hall in Chicago…
