when you are at the intersection, don’t wait for the green light to turn more green
When you are at the intersection, you do not wait for the light to become more green than green. Similarly, when law enforcement has evidence “beyond the reasonable doubt”, they have to act upon it”. Not doing so, makes it a violation of their oath of office.
Recently Mike Zullo working with Sheriff Arpaio, went on PP Simmons radio show and announced that the evidence gathered by Arpaio is beyond the reasonable doubt and it shows Obama using forged IDs with a certainty beyond the rasonable doubt. If this is true, then they need to act upon it and file a criminal complaint against Obama. Not doing so will be Arpaio’s violation of his oath of office. Zullo is not a sheriff, Arpaio is and he needs to file. If the DA of Maricopa County and the AG of AZ and the director of the FBI do nothing after Arapio files his criminal complaint, then we will go after them, however at this time, the person who is violating his oath of office is Arpaio. For this reason I am asking my supporters to keep pounding on Arpaio. I believe that recent press releases by Zullo are done in response to pressure from my supporters.
At this time Arpaio is really cornered. Through his top investigator he already admitted that he has evidence proving Obama committing elections fraud and uttering forged IDs in Az and everywhere else in the country. He admitted that his evidence is proving fraud and forgery beyond the reasonable doubt, however he never acted upon it. It is time to act. He spent a year and a half doing fundraisers all over the nation, however, so far all they did, was confirm the evidence that was provided to them by others, he did not file the criminal complaint, he did not comply with my subpoenas and did not appear in court and he hindered the case and Obstructed Justice by not appearing in court pursuant to subpoenas and by admittedly telling my star witness Senior Deportation officer Sampson not to appear in court, he tampered with my star witness.
I am asking my supporters to put pressure on Arpaio, demand that he submit his findings to the Supreme court as an Amicus brief in my case A12606, that he file his criminal complaint with the DA of Maricopa county and AG or that he refund all the money donated to him and the Cold Case Possey, when people donated beieving that he will file a complaint before the election.
If he is planning to sit on it and file his complain in 2016 if GOP takes the WH, it will be too little, too late. He needs to stop treating every donor as a complete moron. Arpaio, file your criminal complaint immediately or refund all the money you collected!!!
