(Before It's News)

As I expected the court gave the Feds extra two weeks to answer the second amended complaint in Taitz v Colvin, the case dealing with Obama’s use of a stolen CT SSN of Harry Bounel.

I expected that she will give them additional 2 weeks, as otherwise they would claim that they were prejudiced, that the new attorney did not have enough time to prepare an answer and they will use this as grounds for appeal in case she rules against the SSA on the merits. So, in the big scheme of things this was a correct decision as 2 weeks is relatively a minor extension, but the issue is of national importance and no judge wants to have any minor issues used as basis for an appeal.

What is important, is an ultimate decision. The judge can see through all the lying. The question is, whether she will withstand the pressure or whether she will fold.
