Press release: Attorney Orly Taitz uncovers another dangerous plot
Attorney Orly Taitz was contacted by someone claiming to be a lobbyist for Texas Oil and Gas association. This person represented himself as Michael Anderson, senior lobbyist for TXOGA. See the emails and full header with the IP listed below. Most dangerous was his offer to provide for Taitz a private jet and a limo to take her to the meeting with his clients, who allegedly were seeking to support her campaign for Attorney General of CA due to their interest in Monterey Bay shale development. He was pushing Taitz to make such meeting expediently.
Taitz sought to verify this person’s credentials. She found the list of registered TX lobbyists published by Texas Beacon in the beginning of 2014, Michael Anderson was not listed there. Taitz contacted a number of lobbyists for TXOGA. none knew of Mike Anderson. Further, senior lobbyist Sabrina Brown and TXOGA contacted the landlord at the address that Mike Anderson provided as his business address. They found that there is no Mike Anderson residing there, no such organization.
Further, Taitz found that the same e-mail address [email protected] was linked previously to a different name, Georgina Jeffers.
Taitz traced the IP address and it traced to North Carolina. Taitz asked Sabrina Brown to forward this to to the Attorney General of TX, Gregg Abbott, for further investigation into fraud and impersonation of a registered TX lobbyist by this individual.
Taitz advised Ms. Brown that she is concerned about this offer of a private jet flight and a private limo, as she is concerned that she might have ended up like deceased Loretta Fuddy, a victim of a plane crash or a victim of some car accident. Previously Taitz was approached by other individuals with suspicious offers. One of them allegedly came from a blogger “White Hat” who claimed to have information for Taitz and wanted her to travel to either Chicago or Detroit to a meeting and sought to have this meeting secret. Taitz refused.
