Yet again we see Communist China leaving US in the dust, now it is the inter-oceanic project. This is but another move by China towards world dominance. Today China dominates massive infrastructure and oil, gas, metals and precious stones projects in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Please, see the article below. We see not only economic proliferation, but also proliferation of the Communist dictatorship, lack of free speech. lack of free elections, dissident prisons and dissident camps.
