CBS ran an article today The Boehner Non-Rebellion a Non-Problem for GOP. In reality this was the biggest rebellion in the ruling party against the sitting Speaker since the Civil war

30 Republicans did not vote for Boehner: 25 voted for others, one voted present and 4 did not vote for him by not showing up.

Boehner got only 216 votes, less than 218 majority, and became Speaker only thanks to 26 members of Congress, mostly Democrats, who did not show up for the vote. Democrats made Boehner the Speaker. Just as it happened with Omnibus, party difference is a myth. Ruling oligarchy of both parties is working in unison.

After all of the mafia style intimidation Boehner was able to get only 216 votes and he can be removed from office any day, at any time by 218 members of Congress, who did not vote for him.

Please, call and write to 30 Republicans, who did not vote for Boehner. They have a very strong card and they should use it to stop Boehner’s corruption.
