In its zeal to smear its critics, has the Obama administration committed a crime?
That's the concern of a lawyer for Koch Industries, a private manufacturing, trading and investment company based in Wichita, Kan. Its principal owners are brothers Charles and David Koch, libertarian billionaires. One of their better-known companies is Georgia-Pacific, the paper products maker.
David Koch also happens to be the founder of Americans for Prosperity. The free-market political group has been singled out a number of times by the administration, Democrat political operatives and left-leaning media for challenging Obama's policies.
