Stimulus Money Wasted on Propaganda for Socialist Obama Agenda and a New World
CSNNews.com reports that taxpayers have been bilked out of at least 9.1 million dollars on road signs carrying the logo of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. This figure comes, of course, from the Obama camp.
They say it’s only a tiny amount of the 814 billion dollar failed stimulus of 2009. Republicans say the figure is probably much higher. The signs are posted next to road building or maintenance projects.
How nice. The Federal Government bailed out banks left and right, bailed out the auto industry for their dishonest, deplorable business practices, allowed mortgages to be put out that artificially raised the prices of homes and caused the housing bubble that started the whole downward spiral of the economy.
Then they borrowed an 814 billion dollar Band-Aid for the economy, created some jobs for the unions that put them in power, and now we find out that the tip of the iceberg of waste was spent on big road signs, signs at the Arlington National Cemetery and other places where only a few received any work, for propaganda.
Americans are sick of not being able to find work. We are sick of looking at the President of the United States of America make weekly campaign speeches touting how great he and his Chicago Mafia Administration are doing at fixing the economy. The American People are not stupid. We know the Stimulus failed; ask a 99er if the stimulus worked. Ask a former Detroit Auto worker if the stimulus worked.
