SHE IS SETTING UP A CHALLENGE TO OBAMA’S UNILATERAL ORDER ALLOWING YOUNG ILLEGALS TO APPLY FOR WORK PERMITS. AN ORDER THAT BY-PASSED LEGISLATIVE ACTIVE ON THE PART OF CONGRESS.
