Taitz Requests Kansans to Attend Ballot Challenge Hearing in Topeka on Monday

(Sep. 16, 2012) — Orly Taitz has reported that a reporter and a cameraman from Action News, Channel 31, will be at the airport when she arrives in Kansas for the ballot challenge hearing scheduled for tomorrow morning.
Taitz said that Ryan Kriegshauser is an attorney representing Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, who had stated last week that he believed the ballot challenge filed with his office was “not frivolous.” On Friday, objector Joe Montgomery withdrew his challenge by sending an email to Kobach’s office stating that he “and others” have been the subject of “animosity” and “intimidation.”
The New York Times has reported that Kobach has told the Associated Press that since Montgomery withdrew his objection, “Mr. Obama will remain on the ballot.”
Montgomery had contended that since Obama did not have two U.S.-citizen parents at the time of his birth, he did not qualify as a “natural born Citizen” as required in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution. He had also cited reports that Obama’s long-form birth certificate is a forgery.
A person possessing the email address “[email protected]” reportedly contacted Taitz and indicated that he wanted to reinstate the ballot objection which he withdrew on Friday. “He faxed a statement, and I also have an attachment to an email, but I believe it’s a hoax,” Taitz said. “It was not notarized. The person asked, ‘Can’t you notarize my document by Skype?’ and I said, ‘No, you can’t notarize a document by Skype.’ “ The name “Montgomery” is misspelled in two different ways.
The pro-Obama website “nativeborncitizen” has asked if Taitz has been “punked.”
Obama’s attorney has stated that his client qualifies as eligible by virtue of his alleged birth in Hawaii, but other attorneys rely on Minor v. Happersett,
Taitz told Patriots & Eskimos that she believed the hoax was perpetrated so that she would present false information to the Kansas Objections Board tomorrow, thereby discrediting what she has described as “legitimate evidence that we have of Obama’s use of a stolen Social Security number and forged ID.”
A Motion for a Preliminary Injunction indicating that she will be appearing “in propia persona” has been sent to the Kansas Secretary of State and posted on Taitz’s website. While Kriegshauser has told Taitz that “No further testimony is likely to be taken” on Monday Taitz has asked that registered voters from Kansas attend the hearing and has asked for the opportunity to provide testimony.
“You never know if they will let you testify or not. In New Hampshire, they allowed me to testify. In Indiana, they allowed me to testify after people in the audience shamed them. First they tried not to allow me to speak, but people attending said, “Let her speak.” One of them was Bob Kern, who became a plaintiff. The chairman of the commission was so rude that she said, “I’m going to throw your **** out of here.” So they finally let me speak,” Taitz said. “I’m going on short notice, and I don’t know if they’ll let me speak or not. I could not bring witnesses on such short notice. In Georgia, Judge Malihi was rushing me; he was rushing my witnesses. I have forwarded everything to the Kansas Objections Board, and they all have it. There are other actions I could take if they will not hear it; you just don’t know.”
Various objection hearings have been scheduled for the same dates and times, Taitz observed. I got a call from somebody in Kentucky who asked me to defend him there, and the hearing was scheduled on the 24th at 9:30, the same time and day as my court hearing in Mississippi. It’s interesting that the judge has the same last name, “Wingate,” in Kentucky. The judges are doubling down to prevent me from being there.
An objector in Illinois has a hearing on Monday at 10:30 CDT, and the hearing in Kansas is at 10:00 a.m. CDT.
As Patriots & Eskimos and Taitz were discussing what Montgomery might have meant by “intimidation” in his email withdrawing his complaint, Taitz broke in and said, “Let me tell you: just now, I got a text message saying, ‘Stay away from Kansas; you’ve been warned.’ It’s a real threat.”
Taitz said people have threatened to shoot her, burn her body, “drag her down the street,” which she has reported to the FBI.

(Sep. 16, 2012) — Patriots & Eskimos has spoken twice this evening with Atty. Orly Taitz, who is en route to Topeka, KS for a ballot challenge hearing scheduled for 10:00 a.m. CDT on Monday.
During the first telephone call, Taitz denied rumors that Joe Montgomery, the man who had filed an objection to Obama’s name being placed on the Kansas ballot, had “reinstated” his objection.
On her website, Taitz posted an email exchange between someone claiming to be Montgomery, but she told Patriots & Eskimos that she believes they constitute a hoax.
Taitz also posted a 31-page objection naming Barack Hussein Obama as a defendant and asking the Kansas Objections Board to prevent Obama’s name from appearing on the ballot due to “identity fraud, foreign citizenship, use of fraudulently obtained and forged identification papers: fraudulently obtained CT SSN, forged BC, and a forged Selective service certificate.”
Taitz said that during an exchange of emails with a person claiming to be Joe Montgomery but using the email address “[email protected],” she concluded that the person was perpetrating a hoax, and he had not sent her a notarized affidavit as she had requested.’
During the second telephone call, Taitz reported that a text message had been sent to her phone at approximately 7:10 p.m. CDT stating, “You’ve been warned; don’t go to Kansas.”
