For those Americans who don’t like the traditional version of the American flag, you can visit President Barack Obama’s website and by his new, bastardized, mutilated version for just $35. While you’re at it, you can also choose to make an additional donation to his campaign fund, if you’re so inclined.

photoSeveral Tweets have compared the ugly red stripes to the bloody handprints at the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, which, in itself, makes this flag truly offensive.t.

This new version of Old Glory was designed by Ross Buggink and Dan Olson of Studio MPLS and one look is all it takes to gauge the size of Obama’s over-inflated ego. The field of stars, representing the 50 individual states, have been removed and replaced with Obama’s logo and the 13 red and white stripes representing the original 13 colonies have been replaced with only nine fading swaths of red and white.

Several Tweets have compared the ugly red stripes to the bloody handprints at the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, which, in itself, makes this flag truly offensive. But that Obama would go so far as to turn the symbol of our country into a campaign symbol is just plain arrogant, ergo – creepy.

Does he think he’s already won the election? And if so, does he think he also has the authority to change the American flag without consulting anyone? And more important, is he presuming that we’re all happy to be residing in the United States of Obama?
