A shocking Federal Security Services report on the ouster of Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov this morning by President Putin links this sudden action to information released by the US Military during their so-called hearing yesterday of one of their top officers Brigadier General Jeffery A. Sinclair.
Brigadier General Sinclair [photo 3rd left], before being abruptly relieved of duty, served as deputy commander in charge of logistics and support for the 82nd Airborne Division in Afghanistan. He was commissioned an Infantry Officer from the Reserve Officer Training Corps in 1985 and holds a political science degree from West Virginia University, a master’s degree from Central Michigan University, and a master’s degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
He is a graduate of the Infantry Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, Field Artillery Officer Advanced Course, United States Army Command and General Staff College and the United States Naval War College. Before being posted to Afghanistan Sinclair had deployed to combat in Saudi Arabia and Iraq on multiple tours of duty.
This highly decorated officer, however, was accused yesterday by US Military prosecutors of sexual misconduct with subordinates and a civilian, of threatening one woman’s career and her life, and of responding “I’m a general, I’ll do whatever the [expletive] I want” when challenged about making demeaning comments about women.
