A wave of sheriffs, state legislatures and law enforcement figures have stood up to put the federal government on notice that they will NOT be involved in any disarmament measures or violations of the 2nd Amendment. Their courageous and patriotic actions are the very solution, grounded in the Constitution and Bill of Rights, that Sheriff Mack has been advocating for decades through his books, and his organizational work with the Oath Keepers, the Constitutional Sheriffs & Police Officers Association (CSPOA.org) and more.
Complete List of 4 Sheriffs Associations that have committed and a List Of 231 County Sheriffs Below for your review.
[Sheriff Mack: Constitutional Sheriffs Refusing to Take Guns IS the Solution to Tyranny]
I call on sheriffs all over this nation to add their voices to the growing numbers of faithful protectors of our freedom. -Richard Mack
Sheriffs and associations who have made public statements committing to protect their citizens’ 2nd Amendment rights from Obama’s gun control efforts will be added. Some of these sheriffs are members of the CSPOA, but inclusion in this list does not necessarily mean they are a member.
The following is a list of sheriffs and state sheriff’s associations from who have vowed to uphold and defend the Constitution against Obama’s unlawful gun control measures. I applaud these public servants for their courage and conviction.

Disclaimer: While we encourage all sheriffs, their departments and peace officers to join CSPOA, the above list was created to identify those county sheriffs who have gone on record to uphold their oath by having made public statements, written open letters or called our office and asked to be included in the list of sheriffs and peace officers standing against gun control. This DOES NOT mean they are members of the CSPOA.

What you really have to ask yourselves is have these organizations violated the peoples constitutional rights in the past. If the answer is yes then if it quacks like a duck then its a duck.
Or maybe you should appreciate the fact that we US citizens have had enough Constitutional infringements. Barry is a total dictator. If he would observe the US Constitution and enact laws through the Congress, this defiance by the heroes listed in the article would not need to speak up. Yes, maybe we have had Second Amendment infringements in the past by all previous presidential regimes. But, it’s time to defy any further infringement. After all, you’ve got to ask yourself: What does the government want with billions of rounds of hollow-point ammo. It sure isn’t to defend our borders or for overseas combat missions. Eleven million illegal criminals is the result of border agents being told to look the other way as they clear their weapons of bean-bag shot. Now Congress wants to reward the illegal criminals. But, that’s for a different post.
I’m glad to see that people are waking up to the fact that their government is corrupt beyond belief. I’m merely pointing out that many of these agencies have served as the vehicle for rights violations in the past and their sudden “loyalty to the people” should be taken with caution. The proof is in the pudding so when they actually uphold the entire constitution and not just the parts they like then I’ll beleive them.
Or maybe, just MAYBE, Puffinstuff, the Sheriffs are waking up too…IS that so far fetched? I agree, things in the past have mainly been S.O.P. but a mass awakening is a mass awakening, it affects the masses, that includes Sheriff and Sheriff’s Deputies as well as Police Officers and Soldiers, Sailors, Pilots, etc. Try not being so skeptical, until there are better reasons to be so. These Sheriffs telling, stating, DECLARING to the Federal Gov that they will not abide follow or even allow these Constitutional violations to take place is a clear and extremely strong dissuasion for the gov to not do what they are/were planning to attempt.
ALL elected shefiffs should be signing up to this. If not, they are demonstrating at least a lack of understanding of their oath and the 2nd Amdt., at worst a willingness to contravene that amendment.
Yes, I agree wholeheartedly, and I an saddened to say that the name of the Sheriff of Alameda County, that which I live in, is glaringly missing from that list.
The Loss of Free Thinking is because of Idealism in the Federal Bureaucracy .
I think We the People are Being duped with Confusion for reasons of a Greater Ideology to create distrust in all measures of Belief in our USA Nation and its Historical Value for a specific reason called Peak Earth . In the 21 st century what we have today is a World society enslaved by a uncertain future of human population growth and meeting its demands and this is leading to multi-lateral collapse of every human predicate in the World and with the end of this adjective which the USA has always been the Leading symbol in and so the world of Free Thinking Individuals fails to exist with the silence by Idealism within the Bureaucracy .
We the People need to Further argue the talking points of what is the real truth behind economic dysfunction both at home and Internationally and stop the confusion so people can come together and create sustainable future through educational value and this understanding be what brings Peace through Understand and stop the confusion that lead to Fear and fear breeding hostility . Corruption and violence is always a result of emotional Fear of not having a clear understanding of progressive thinking and hope for future efforts and ambitions for the family and community .
I believe this confusion and the creation of distrust can be traced back to the 1970s with the birth of the NSSM200 study and we can find information where this is still a Blue Print being followed today .
Have you ever seen this ? Isn’t a corrupt financial system a violation of Constitutional rule of Law ? Doesn’t corruption of this magnitude cause distrust in Private sector Investor willingness to invest and hold longer and short term investments and these positions be interest bearing instruments that fund the Private sector economy generating tax revenues for state and Federal Governments ? Is this why we see a stagnate Economic GDP and the Federal Reserve Monetizing the Bonds that should be held by private investors ??
Won’t this evolve into Capitalism’s collapse and with it the Free Market of American Individualism ? At this Point of Collapse won’t the Federal Government have no choice but to step in and Nationalize the Economic structure ?

Now with the Thoughts of Financial Corruption of the Private sector free market in Private Finance in the 2 above YouTube Videos in Mind Consider the similarities In Tactics , not action , between Famine used to starve people of food , and famine of Money used to stave people of financial means creating a dependency on Government and therefore a forced acceptance of Leadership ….
“ The first parallel is an examination of Josef Stalin’s maneuvering to set himself up as the supreme leader of the USSR as it became apparent that Lenin was dying a slow death. At a time that many felt Leon Trotsky would be the successor to Lenin, Stalin effectively mobilized the affections of the Russian poor that had a difficult time grasping the Marxist intellectualism of Lenin and Trotsky. An example might be something like spreading the wealth was more comprehensible to the poor than the dictatorship of the proletariat.
It would take a dictatorship to actually spread the wealth to the people in an (cough) equal manner; however the term dictatorship might sound more like the old life of serfdom experienced for hundreds of years under Russian Czarist rule. Thus spread the wealth concepts were more understandable to the poor and used by Stalin instead of the more intellectual terms such as dictatorship of the proletariat.
The 2008 candidate promised “Change” for America and transparency of government. “Change” has turned out to be creeping Socialistic transformation wrapped in terms of a better life for the American poor, American minorities, Pro-Choice women, diverse cultures that have no intention of becoming One out of Many – E Pluribus Unum (i.e. divisive Multiculturalism) and the elimination of the American Culture based on Judeo-Christian principles. The last concept being closer to the Marxist concept of the elimination of religion and traditional morals to mold society into what the government proclaims to morally good for the society of now.
“Democracy extends the sphere of individual freedom, socialism restricts it. Democracy attaches all possible value to each man; socialism makes each man a mere agent, a mere number. Democracy and socialism have nothing in common but one word: equality. But notice the difference: while democracy seeks equality in liberty, socialism seeks equality in restraint and servitude.”
― Alexis de Tocqueville
“America is great because she is good. If America ceases to be good, America will cease to be great.”
― Alexis de Tocqueville
Socialism is bad for America. With Socialistic concepts America will cease to be good. If America ceases to be good, America will no longer be exceptional. That is the “Change” Obama failed to tell voters when delusions of Obamasiah emerged in 2008.
The second defunct Soviet history moment was the purposeful use of withholding food to cause deprivation and starvation in Red Army conquered Ukraine. In an effort to keep Ukraine a loyal Soviet Socialist Republic, Stalin decided to starve the nationalism out of the Ukrainians. The political nature of the Ukrainian Genocide is often given the name “Holodomor” – murder by famine. ( in today’s actions it would be called Financial Famine. )

The similarities between Stalin’s era and What Obama Executive orders are designed to do are astonishingly comparable!!!!

This quote is 7 paragraphs up from the end of this story.
“Having disposed of the left – Stalin was only half done. He then had the Congress reaffirm the principles of NEP but also lay the groundwork for the first Five Year Plan (FYP) which proposed the consolidation of agricultural production into large collective farms as well as a new emphasis upon heavy industry. The FYP, in fact, represented a sharp turning away from NEP toward centralised command of the economy. Initially, however, the transition was presented as a gradual and voluntary plan; there was no indication of the brutally coercive features of implementation which Stalin introduced several months later “.
The last Paragraph in this story simulates Obama executive order Law as well with the most recent one that Focus on control of Food and resources relating to human needs survival. Executive order, “National Resources Preparedness Act”

The Famine was a conscious instrument of Soviet policy. “Food is a weapon” said Maxim Litvinov, the Soviet Commissar of Foreign Affairs. This weapon was not directed against the Soviet peasants in general, nor did the Ukrainian peasants become its target by chance. The 1933 Famine was part of a wider campaign against the Ukrainian nation, and must be considered together with the destruction of the Ukrainian national elites launched at the end of the twenties, and the renewed Russification of Ukrainian cities begun in the early thirties. As the peasants lost their freedom of movement (a new passport system tied the farmers to the collective farm), a new era of serfdom began. Meanwhile, Russian colonists filled the emptied Ukrainian villages, changed the demographic composition of the Ukrainian countryside and helped carry Russification into the very heart of the Ukrainian nation. The present situation in central and eastern Ukraine is to a large measure a direct consequence of the demographic engineering facilitated by famine.
Today’s Technocratic Conversations that advise Governments around the world are also the same ones that are calling for Climate Change regulation and That can be argued as just a Cover-up for building consensus with the voters and societies in general for the Consolidation and control of resources away from the private ownership “ PEACEFULLY”

I’m still waiting to see more from Ohio and Seneca county in particular!! County Sheriffs would be the natural leaders to oversee the safety of and recieve help from their constituents!! You will have citizen backup!!
That is all fine and good but that is not how the game is played.
When all these fine sheriffs have their families, their children, their pets lined up against a wall and told, “Either you follow orders or say good bye to your loved ones”……….who do you think they will follow?
Heroes, true heroes, people who are willing to give up not just their life but the lives of their loved ones are few and far between.
We are fighting against a system that knows no morals or has any rules to the games they are playing.
If TPTB lined up your kid and my kid and told you to choose which one gets the bullet, would you spare my kid and watch yours shot?
They, the real powers that be, and again, Obama is nothing more than a PR Puppet man on strings – the real powers that be know us better than we know ourselves.
Almost everyone has a price.
With most, that price is their little darling children.
Threaten a man or woman with their own life and that is a 50/50 shot.
Threaten a man or woman with the life of their child(ren) and almost 99% of the time, they will do exactly what they are told.
Sorry, talk is cheap – walking the walk is another thing.
Been there, seen stuff, when down to the wire, most people have a price.
With some it’s money, fame, power or the lives of their children.
I think you need to stop ordering popcorn at the Hollywood cinemas. It’s possibly laced with mind-altering drugs.
Grandma you got it right.
LaPorte County Indiana will never be on this list full of masons and 3 felons in the prosecutors office. The head prosecutor just admitted to four. The freemason county Sheriff does not want any prosecution. ALL ZETA DRUG DISTRIBUTOR PROTECTORS
