Obama Gets Notice Of Default In Calif. Court Over Forgery Allegations

On Friday, a district court in California issued a notice of default on Barack Hussein Obama for the president’s lack of response to a plaintiff’s birther allegations. The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California ruled that Obama had until Jan. 25, 2013 to respond to allegations that he had submitted fake IDs and forged documents in order to run for political office.
Due to the default, Dr. Orly Taitz is now requesting a default judgment against the sitting president. On Feb. 15, the Supreme Court of the United States will also review details of the birther allegations in conference. However, less than three percent of such cases are typically elevated to more stringent review by all nine justices.
I’m pretty tired of the whole thing myself. There are people out there who wont let it go and more power to them but as for me, im done with it. Whether he is a us citizen or not is irrelevant anymore. He is now in his second term and will likely finnish it. Even if the claims were proven, it would be delayed and so forth for so long it wouldn’t matter anyways. It’s best to focus energies elsewhere now. -Mort

This is nonsense. The court DID NOT “issue a notice of default”. Orly Taitz filed her ‘notice of default’ which is simply a motion for a default judgment. She wants the court to order the government to release various documents.
When one is sued, one does not have to answer the suit. Sometimes, when the plaintiff is asking for ridiculous relief based on allegations which are not substantiated it is best to say nothing and let the court tell them to F off.
So the writer is tired of We The People demanding we have a US Constitutionally qualified person holding the highest office in the land . All I have to say is get use to it We The People are not going to stop demand that we have a US Constitutionally qualified US President . 1) crime must be punished, and BHO is a criminal.
2) BHO did not and could not have acted alone. This is the product of a conspiracy, or even worse, it lays out the systemic corruption of a culture that sees its duty not to law, justice, and the American citizentry, but to preserving the status quo and protecting its veil of integrity, and a win at all costs mentality. what and how it happened must be exposed and the participants routed out and prosecuted. Venerated institutions must be shown for the thieves and liars they are.
3) if its done once and goes unpunished, it WILL happen again
4) this may have been only part of an ongoing agenda, its full implications yet to be revealed. a trojan horse to cause a constitutional crises? a means of triggering civil unrest?
5) a real long shot making it happen, but no legislation in the past four years is legal. all the laws, all the bailouts, all the wars, none of it. do you think you can breath some sigh of relief in 2016? the dark nightmare will be over? there are regulations, bureaucracies, and policies that will have ramifications for decades to come. the last four years have only been the tip of the iceberg of the misery the future holds.
this fight may be fatiguing, but people have given up everything: money, careers, reputation, gone to jail, maybe even been killed over this. being overcome by the stress of having to hear about it too much just rings a little hollow, especially considering that absolute silence of the MSM over this.

It matters gravely. This president is a communist. And so are many others who have usurped power in this nation, occupying many offices and positions.
The fact that Barry refuses to contest these court claims, in law, is an adoptive admission to every one of the allegations/charges. In law, if you are accused of something, you either deny or admit to the accusation. And if you do not, especially in a civil action, by adoptive admission, the defendant is said to have agreed that the claims are true in that he/she does not dispute any of the charges/allegations.
With that being the case here, this fake president is guilty, the people have an obligation to do whatever is necessary to remove him from office. Since Obama has already been proven to be Communist, it matters that he is in that office, especially for a second term.

I don’t beleive he will serve his whole second term,he has so many things against him. I think the people and some of the government will impeach him for alot of reasons.

Even if he were found out 10 years from now, I believe it would be considered a crime of the highest order and the statute of limitations wouldn’t apply. If this man were an illegitimate/illegal President, he should pay for that crime whether it be tomorrow or 10 years from now.

As a non US individual I find this whole issue fascinating. The main reason being that there is no precedent for the scenario whereby an individual who is not qualified for the role of President swears an oath and takes office. From that point onwards, what is the status of anything that he signs? If he signs Executive Orders, or declares war etc, then are these null and void? If they are, then what are the implications for the US administration, as they would have been acting illegally under International Law. It’s an interesting situation, and in the unlikely event that Obama is ever convicted of anything at all, it would be interesting to observe the outcome.
