NRA Head: BO “Hates the 2nd Amendment”, Acting “Like A Dictator” – “He’s Grasping for Straws” -Video

The head of the National Rifle Association blasted President Obama Wednesday night in an appearance on Lou Dobbs Tonight, calling him a “dictator” and declaring that the President “hates” that American have a right to bear arms.
Wayne LaPierre was responding to Obama’s executive actions to ban ammo for the AR15 rifle, a move many have declared to be gun control via the back door.
Asked by Dobbs why there hasn’t been more outcry about the move, LaPierre answered “Well, probably because the media doesn’t want the American public to know what this president is trying to impose on them.”
“He’s grasping for straws, he hates the Second Amendment, he hates the fact Americans have a constitutional right to own firearms,” LaPierre added.
“He can’t win at the ballot box, he can’t win in the Congress, and now he’s trying to act like a dictator and planning on forcing this ammo ban on the American public by executive regulation.” the NRA boss urged.

The premise is that the .223 will penetrate Police soft body armor. Well guess what…ALL RIFLE ROUNDS WILL PENETRATE POLICE SOFT BODY ARMOR. Soft body armor was NEVER meant to stop rifle rounds, only pistol rounds BUT if they can set a precedent that ANY round, rifle or pistol that can penetrate police soft body armor should be banned then the Second Amendment is gone. Just because some fool made a special pistol that can use a .223 doesn’t make it a “Pistol Round”!
