Alert! Obama Makes Major Change To Gun Background Check Process
It appears that under the Obama administration, the federal government is making yet another change to its background check process. Now, people who are denied a gun purchase under the current system, rightly or wrongly, will not be able to appeal that decision, even if it is a complete mistake.

As much as the Brady Campaign, Bloomberg’s Everytown, and the Obama administration contend that submitting oneself to the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) is a fast and simple process that does not significantly burden lawful firearms transferees, the fact is that for many of Americans that simply isn’t true. Each year thousands of Americans are wrongfully denied their Second Amendment rights when NICS incorrectly determines that they are prohibited from firearm ownership. Compounding this grave injustice, this week the FBI made public that they have stopped processing NICS denial appeals.
In what was dubbed a “makeshift reorganization” in a January 20 USA Today article, employees tasked with reviewing NICS appeals have been “temporarily” reassigned to assist with the considerable increase in background checks. According to the article, this has created a backlog of 7,100 denial appeals.

The NICS is a Direct Violation of Your 4th Amendment Right and it is time to end this crime against ALL Americans.

this exercise of constitutional rights.”
So since it’s an abridgment of the Constitution, if you are one of the many who actually believe that it has any power of force or effect, then the gun sellers would be well within their rights to just ignore it! There’s PLENTY of precedent for doing so, one that goes something like this; any law or rule that is repugnant to the Constitution is of no force or effect, it is a nullity ab initio… etc, etc.
But here is what I think is the ultimate end run around the legal system in toto, the exposure of the rampant fraud in it!! What is the EXACT AMOUNT of fraud that ANY man or woman has the right to commit? What is the EXACT AMOUNT of fraud that ANY man or woman has an actual obligation to endure? What is the BASIC PREMISE that is being operated off of, in the instant case? Those three simple questions lay bare the fact that the entire legal system is a fraud, a scam, an artifice, and as such no one is obligated to abide by it!! Do you see that?
